Platinum Level

Gold Level
$750Includes sponsorship of one luncheon, exhibit space, company logo featured on the website homepage, a half-size ad in the conference program, two conference registrations, on-site signage acknowledging the contribution, and the company name and description in the program.
Silver Level
$500Includes exhibit space, a quarter-size ad in the conference program, one conference registration, on-site signage acknowledging the contribution, and the company name and description in the program.
Exhibitors
Exhibit booth space is available for $450.
The exhibit fee includes a 10’ × 10’ space, one table, two chairs, pipe and drape, standard electricity, and one full registration. Additional registration passes for booth representatives are available for $150 each. Exhibitors will be listed on the conference website and in the 2027 Conference Program.
Loading Instructions
You are welcome to load in through either the East Boulevard entrance or the parking garage, but please do not use the front entrance. We recommend loading in at the East Boulevard entrance.
East Boulevard entrance: 11030 East Boulevard
The entrance is a side door with a clearly labeled Cleveland Botanical Garden Valet Lane where you may pull over, park and unload.
Please press the doorbell and wait for security to let you in.
Booth Assignments
Booths are assigned based on the date booth registration is received. Full payment is due when an invoice is issued. Payment is accepted by check only and should be mailed to:
